I think it would be a tortuous world to live ! ! lol , now on a real note , I completely agree with this myth. You are certainly able to eat your favorite foods. It denies that pleasure is not funny , and frankly, will probably eat anyway . As mentioned earlier, the real key is moderation. If you are a meat lover , so maybe not the best things to eat every day , but maybe once or twice a week. Those who know me know that I personally loooooooove chicken wings with pizza . In a perfect world , we would not gain weight and clog my arteries were so , I would love to eat several times a week, and over every day. However, I know that these are not the healthiest food choices so I have about 2-3 times per month. I do not give my favorite food , I just eat in moderation to avoid hooking me as overweight .

Overeating is caused by hunger
